Legal
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Storefront. Read section 7 (no warranty), section 8 (limitation of liability), section 9 (release) and section 12 (arbitration and class-action waiver) carefully — they limit what you can recover from us and how disputes are resolved.
Effective 27 July 2026
By accessing Storefront, creating an account, listing an item, or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts. If you use Storefrontfor an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it, and "you" means that organization.
Storefront holds its own stock. We are the seller of record on every order placed through this site, and we ship the goods ourselves or through a carrier we appoint. You are buying from us, not from a third party we introduce you to.
We are not the manufacturer of the goods unless a listing says so, and we do not repair, refurbish, test or recertify them ourselves. Where an item has been refurbished or repaired, the listing says so and any warranty or documentation that came with that work is supplied with it.
We warrant, to the buyer, that on delivery:
(a) we have good title to the item and the right to sell it, free of any lien or security interest; (b) the item is the part number and, where stated, the serial number described in the order; (c) the item is supplied with the certification stated on the listing, and that documentation relates to the item supplied; and (d) traceability records in our possession will be provided on request.
Condition labels (new, open box, refurbished, used, for repair, for parts) describe the item's state at the time of sale, as we found it on inspection. They are a description of the item — they are not a statement that it is suitable or safe for any particular use, which is addressed in the next clause.
Photographs are representative. Where an item is one of several identical units, the unit shipped may differ in serial number from any photograph unless a specific serial number was confirmed in writing.
Items are described as accurately as we can describe them, including their condition — new, open box, refurbished, used, for repair or for parts. Read that description, look at the photographs, and ask a question before you buy if anything is unclear. Anything sold as used or for parts is sold in the state described and not as if it were new.
Deciding whether an item is suitable and safe for what you intend to do with it is your decision to make, not ours. That matters most where an item is electrical, mechanical, load-bearing, fitted to a vehicle, used in food preparation, or intended for a child. Where installation, inspection, testing or certification by a qualified person is required — by law or by common sense — that is your responsibility and must happen before use.
Nothing on this site relieves anyone of an obligation under any applicable law, including product safety, electrical safety and road traffic regulations in the country the item is going to.
When you place an order you represent and warrant that:
Storefront charges the seller a commission of 10% of the sale price. Buyers pay no fee to Storefront.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms. Depending on the payment configuration in effect for a given transaction, funds may be routed directly to the seller, or may be received by Storefront and remitted to the seller net of commission. Where Storefrontreceives funds, it does so solely as the seller's limited payment collection agent for that transaction; the buyer's payment obligation to the seller is discharged on receipt, and Storefrontdoes not thereby become the seller, a party to the sale, an escrow agent, or a guarantor of either party's performance.
Storefrontdoes not hold funds in escrow and does not guarantee, insure or underwrite any transaction. We do not adjudicate the merits of disputes between users. Chargebacks, refunds and payment reversals are governed by the payment provider's rules, and any amount charged back may be recovered from the seller.
The site and all listings, documents, content and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storefront disclaims all warranties, express, implied and statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Without limiting that, and except for the warranties given in clause 3, Storefront makes no warranty that any item is genuine, merchantable, fit for any particular purpose, or suitable for what you intend to do with it, and no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storefront and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, use or availability, downtime, delay, substitute purchase costs, goodwill, or data, arising out of or relating to the site or any transaction, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, product liability, or any other theory, and whether or not Storefront was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Storefront's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the site or any transaction will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Storefront for the specific item giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
These limitations apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose, and are a fundamental basis of the bargain between you and Storefront. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Inspect every shipment and its documentation on arrival. Notify us in writing within seven (7) days of delivery of any shortage, transit damage, wrong item, or discrepancy between the item and its release documentation, quoting the order number. We will replace the item, supply the correct documentation, or refund the purchase price at our option.
Items must be returned unused, in the condition and packaging in which they were supplied, with all documentation and any tamper-evident seals intact, under a return authorisation issued by us. We cannot accept a return of an item that has been installed, modified, disassembled, subjected to test beyond visual inspection, or separated from its release documentation, because none of those can be resold as certified material.
This clause sets out your remedy for a defective or non-conforming shipment. It does not limit any right you have under law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Storefrontand its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claim, demand, investigation, loss, liability, damage, penalty, cost and expense (including reasonable legal fees and expert costs) arising out of or relating to: your use of the site; any item you list, sell, buy, ship, install or use; any content you submit; your breach of these Terms or of any representation you make; your violation of any law or regulation, including import, export, sanctions and product-safety requirements; or your infringement of any third party's rights.
This obligation survives termination of your account and expressly includes claims for property damage, personal injury and death alleged to arise from an item transacted through the site.
You may not list or sell counterfeit, stolen, recalled or unsafe goods, or anything you are not lawfully entitled to sell; falsify documentation or misstate an item's condition, age or origin; transact in violation of applicable sanctions or import and export law; scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the site; or impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
We may remove any listing, suspend or terminate any account, and report conduct to regulators or law enforcement, at our discretion and without notice or liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site that is not resolved informally within 30 days of written notice will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Florida, in English, before one arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead.
Claims may be brought only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. You and Storefront each waive any right to a jury trial. If the class-action waiver is held unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim is severed and proceeds in court, and the remainder stays in arbitration.
You keep ownership of the listings, photographs and documents you upload, and grant Storefront a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize and display them for the purpose of operating and promoting the store. You represent that you hold the rights necessary to grant that licence.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, safety risk, or breach of these Terms. Sections 2 through 12, 15 and 16 survive termination.
We may change these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted with an updated effective date, and your continued use afterwards is acceptance. Changes do not apply retroactively to a dispute of which we had notice before the change.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control. If any provision is held unenforceable, it is limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Storefront regarding the site, and supersede all prior understandings. Translations are provided for convenience only; the English version controls in the event of any conflict.

This website and its software were built and are maintained by Pixels & Code (the Platform Provider) under a separate agreement with Storefront. The Platform Provider supplies and maintains the software only.
The Platform Provider is not a party to any contract of sale formed through this site, is not the seller, importer, exporter or shipper of any item, holds no title to and takes no possession of any item, and is not a party to any payment, refund or dispute between you and Storefront. Every order is a contract between you and Storefront alone.
Accordingly, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform Provider has no liability of any kind arising out of or relating to: any item listed, sold, described, shipped, installed or refused; the accuracy, completeness or validity of any product identifier, condition label, description or document; the suitability or safety of any item for any use; any payment, chargeback, refund, tax or duty; any delay, loss, damage or personal injury; or any act or omission of Storefront or of any buyer. Claims of that kind lie against Storefront, not against the Platform Provider.
Nothing in this section limits any obligation the Platform Provider owes Storefront under their own agreement, and nothing in it limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This section is intended to benefit the Platform Provider directly and may be relied on by it.
